Hours
Our business hours can vary as our practitioners set their own schedules. We generally have at least one practitioner available every day of the week.
Prepayment
When scheduling online, services that are 90 minutes or longer will require a prepayment of 50% of the cost for that service. If you need to cancel with more than 24 hours notice, you will be refunded. Please read the information below regarding cancellations, no-shows, and late arrival.
NOTICE FOR ONLINE SCHEDULING: Appointments made online require a 2 hour advance in order to ensure that your selected therapist is available. Please do not schedule multiple appointments under one name. Please book appointments individually under your account profile.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance we may revoke your ability to schedule future appointments online. We also reserve the right to charge you for your missed appointment. PLEASE TEXT 252-367-2543 IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT, OR you may login to your schedulicity account and cancel it (see your appointment confirmation email).
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” If you "no-show" more than one time, we may revoke your ability to schedule at our practice. You will be charged for the full amount of the service for no-call no-show appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
